Have you recently upgraded to the Passive Income Society from one of the mini memberships?
If you have just recently upgraded to the Passive Income Society from:
- the Template Creator Society
- the Course Creator Society
- the Affiliate Income Society
Your portal access would have automatically been removed when you upgraded. This is because all of the content is included in your Passive Income Society login for your convenience. You can find each of these memberships located under the top menu in the Passive Income Society portal under 'Income Streams'.
Are you trying to reset your password using the 'Forgot Password' option on the login screen?
If so, please try clicking forgot password using an incognito window of your browser or in a different browser to normal. If you have any further difficulties, please record a quick video of the steps taken and share the video with us at hello@jessa.com.au as this will help us to troubleshoot this for you.
Are you not receiving emails?
Your email server may have blacklisted our site and you may need to go into your email settings and mark us as safe senders. If this does not work, we may need to change the email address associated with your account.
Did your payment go through properly?
Sometimes payments are flagged by your bank for international transactions - and they are cancelled and marked as fraudulent, normally you just need to contact your bank and let them know that it was you trying to process the payment and they will release the block on the card. Then you are able to process the payment as normal.
Your email may have been entered incorrectly when you signed up?
If you have not received any email correspondence from us since you signed up, your email address might have been entered with a typo. We can check this for you and get it fixed asap!
