How do I store my files?

If you are selling printables you can save your files on your PC, or you can use a cloud storage option like DropBox or Google Drive.

What's the best way to file them?

This would depend on how you tend to search for things. An easy way to store your items is by the store name, your store section, and in the title of your product use the collection code. Then you can find things in the same way you would in your store or you can search your computer for the collection code. 

How do I share the files?

If you have saved the printables to your computer if they are under 20MB in size, you can upload the files directly to your product listing as your digital product file. 

If your file is over 20MB you would need to save the files to cloud storage in order to add them as your digital product file. (When sharing a file from cloud storage make sure you only ever share a 'view only' link). You would then add the link to a document as a hyperlink and then this document would become your digital product.
