Please note - The cancellation will process at the end of your current subscription period.
If you are cancelling under the 7-day money-back guarantee, you will not automatically be refunded you would need to email us at hello@jessa.com.au to request a refund.
If for any reason a payment comes out after your cancellation has been processed, please just email us at hello@jessa.com.au and we will organise a refund for you.
If you would like to come back, you are welcome to come back at any point. You can simply sign back up.
Please Note: We cannot pause memberships, so you need to cancel and then sign back up. If you are in passive income society and need to leave temporarily you can - simply just email us when you are ready to come back and we can provide you with a special link to re-enter the membership even when the doors are officially closed.
